After resolving all administrative and organizational issues, the company began producing products under the Grand Power brand in 2017. In 2019-2020, due to some geopolitical events and restrictions related to the pandemic, it was decided to stop production and switch to commercial operations with military goods. In 2022, the company was reorganized (the composition of the founders changed). In 2026, Based on the Law of the Republic of Moldova, LP213/2024 of 31.07.2024, on control of trade in strategic goods, the company received registration as an operator with strategic goods. At the moment negotiations are underway to acquire a stake in a factory producing stamped metal products, to reorganize the company from the production of civilian goods to the production of military goods. They are also at the stage of completing negotiations with external partners on organizing the process of disposing of ammunition that cannot be used for its intended purpose (recycling of old ammunition).
