GRAND POWER SRL - OVERVIEW

The company "Grand Power" SRL was established in 2016 as a branch of the Slovak company of the same name with the aim of organizing the production of sports and hunting firearms 

The company's main activities are:-

• Non-specialized wholesale trade
• Wholesale of other machinery and equipment
• Wholesale of clothing and footwear
• Intermediaries in trade in machinery, industrial equipment, ships and aircraft
• Intermediaries in trade in fuel, ores, metals and industrial chemicals
• Intermediaries in trade in specialized goods not included in other categories
• Intermediaries in trade in various goods
• Manufacture, assembly, import, export, re-export, trade in weapons and ammunition.

After resolving all administrative and organizational issues, the company began producing products under the Grand Power brand in 2017. In 2019-2020, due to some geopolitical events and restrictions related to the pandemic, it was decided to stop production and switch to commercial operations with military goods.

In 2022, the company was reorganized (the composition of the founders changed). In 2026, Based on the Law of the Republic of Moldova, LP213/2024 of 31.07.2024, on control of trade in strategic goods, the company received registration as an operator with strategic goods.

At the moment negotiations are underway to acquire a stake in a factory producing stamped metal products, to reorganize the company from the production of civilian goods to the production of military goods.

We are also at the stage of completing negotiations with external partners on organizing the process of disposing of ammunition that cannot be used for its intended purpose (recycling of old ammunition).

There are no other people associated with this company or who influence decision-making. 

The company has no financial problems, and the company also has no accounts payable.

As of 2026, the company has receivables of about 700 thousand lei for early deliveries of our products.
